CDFM Renewal - New Requirement!

Is your CDFM coming up for renewal in 2012? Effective 1 January 2012, those holding the CDFM designation will be required to attain at least 1 CPE of ethics training by 31 December 2012. CDFMs are required to earn 80 CPEs per renewal period (every two years) and at least one of those needs to be related to ethics training. If you currently participate in Ethics training as part of your professional development program, you can use this towards this requirement and/or you can go online to the ASMC Online Learning Center and electronically participate in one of two ethics-related workshops from the 2011 PDI at no charge: "Ethics Between Government and Contractors" (1.2 CPEs) and "Current Developments in Ethics" (1.4 CPEs).
